Imagine if most of the piano teachers only taught these exercises and called the practice - Piano Class. Why wouldn t the student feel he/she was learning to play the piano? The same goes for Yoga And, according to experts depression can be an inherited disorder, or caused by life threatening illnesses, or stress.
